A Yogi!! Since the beginning of Kaliyuga, Yogis were born in the world who performed miracles one after another with the eternal mixture of Dharma and Karma. Among them, the name of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi ji is inscribed in golden letters for the creation and expansion of Para Vidya in the 19th century. Born in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, Kayastha Srivastava, after getting higher education, worked on the world stage to connect Vedic science, meditation, yoga, astrology, Ayurveda, rituals, Gandharvaveda, Asthapatya Veda to the mainstream of the public. He sacrificed all the personal comforts of his life, wearing a dhoti and a sheet, and provided the happiness of Ramrajya to thousands of Brahmins and people of all classes and their families. I am a direct witness of those two decades when India was struggling to save its existence by saving religious, economic, social, educational, and human values, the most progressive effort after independence was made by Pujya Maharishi Yogi Ji in the country. And he had taken up the responsibility of protecting human values by awakening the flame of meditation and yoga in many parts of the world. Similarly, Maharishi ji is the first in the category of some extraordinary great men, who dedicated his birth and life not for himself or his family, but after being educated and initiated by his Guru Dev Jagatguru Shankaracharya Bramhanand Mishra Saraswati at a young age, he got engaged in preaching religion, and Shri Fulfilling the promise given to Guru Dev Ji, the whole world held the head of Bharat Mata high with pride.
Shri Guru Dev had resolved to prepare 1008 Brahmins for propagating religion across the world by making them Vedapathis. To fulfill that resolution, Maharishi ji played an important role in the revival of Vedic religion and Sanatan which had disappeared from the world by building 84 huts near the banks of Shri Ganga in Rishikesh. Many Vedic Sanatan followers, religious persons and organizations from India and abroad actively participated in this commendable work.
As a result, Transcendental Meditation, Rituals, Astrology, Yoga, Ayurveda and Paravidya propounded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji continued to be conducted in Noida, Allahabad, Hoshangabad, Pune, and 1500 other places in the world. In the 1980s, Maharishi Ji went on a foreign trip to propagate the religion and the organization in India continued to be run by his followers.
Through donations, donations and resources, Brahmins were made Vedapathis, who were sent to every corner of the world to spread the religion and Indian heritage.
In India, Rishikesh, Noida, Faridabad, and abroad including India, the form of pure religious program of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi is still guiding people in the society with meditation, knowledge, and spirituality.
Maharishi Ji gave up his virtuous body in the Netherlands in 2008, giving the world a glimpse of the biography of a sacrificial Maharishi. The last rites of that virtuous yogi were performed at Allahabad Sangam Arail and today all of us, thousands of Brahmin families, are imbued with his ambitious thoughts.
